Yankee Sun Wins Feature Event

Charlottetown, PE - Yankee Sun, owned by BM Stable, N.B. won the Thursday night feature in 1:58.3 at the Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre.
Kenny Arsenault was in the bike for the victory. Sounding was second for Ron Matheson and owner Blair Kelly, Stratford while Royal Millenium completed the triactor for driver Jason Hughes.
Hughes had a big night at the track piloting three winners including Longworth Midnight for owner Anne Charlotte Kelly and trainer Reg Ferguson in the Bill Rix Memorial.
Racing returns Saturday with the Bell-Aliant Race Day show. Post time is 7pm and Sunday at 1pm
