Mildred Williams International Driving Series at the CDPEC

Charlottetown, PE - Harness Racing PEI will host a leg of the Mildred Williams International Driving Series for female drivers on Saturday June 28 at the Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre. Each track raises money to support the Canadian Breast Cancer society, the major fundraiser for the series.

 

Four female harness drivers from the Maritimes including Clare MacDonald, Ambyr MacPhee, Tammy MacKay and Colleen Chappell, will compete with Anne Curran, Elizabeth Jansen and Anne Marie Turenne.

 

Fans can enjoy a BBQ on the tarmac, play the lucky strike game to win prizes or purchase a pink bracelet to show support for a great cause. There are other surprises planned throughout the night.

 

Post time Saturday is 7pm which will also feature another round of the Maritime Breeders Association Finals.
