Summerside, PE – A 12 dash card of harness racing action is set to go Wednesday at the Summerside Raceway. Post time is 7pm.

The evening feature event has six horses being called to the starter with KG Affair, driven by Terry Gallant, and Lakota Hall, with Walter Cheverie in the bike, drawing outside posts in the field. The Gallant racing stable has been red hot this season fresh off his history making Governor’s Plate while Cheverie has busy touring the Maritimes in stakes action and recently reached his 2,000th career win. Chelemark Adios has the rail in the $2,200 class followed by Paphos, with Michael Stevenson, Wodmere Quickpeek and Marc Campbell and Nag, with Keith Campbell.

Little Orphan Eddie is one of the favorites in the back-up class. Driver Eddie Strongman will need to work out a trip from post 6 with pressure coming from Big Oster, Springbrook Dalis and Athenas pride on the inside. Rakland Fine Line and Thistrain wontstop leave in the middle while BJ Cruiser and Coors Life have drawn outside slots.
