Exhibition Park Raceway to Host Atlantic Sire Stakes

Saint John, N.B. - The two year-old pacing performers in the Atlantic Sires Stakes racing series will take centre stage at Exhibition Park Raceway on Tuesday, September 1. This will be the first Atlantic Sires Stakes event of the season at the Saint John, NB, track.
The two-year-old pacing fillies will go in two “A” divisions for a substantial purse pool of $13,260 each. There will also be one “B” division of the pacing fillies going for $2,500.
Meanwhile three “A” divisions of the two-year-old pacing colts will go for $9,540 each and there will be one lone “B” division going for $2,500.
Post time at EPR on Tuesday is 4:15 pm.
Atlantic Sires Stakes action will return to the Saint John oval on Saturday, September 5, when the three-year-old pacing colts meet for competition. The harness racing action is a highlight of Atlantic National Exhibition Week activities at Exhibition Park.
