Charlottetown, PE – The live harness racing season closed on January 31 at the Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre but players are still enjoying horse racing action from racetracks throughout North America along with exciting promotions.

 

Charlottetown kicked off a stream of new promotions in February for their off-track players including the Customer Sweepstakes Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during the month.

 

The Survivor Harness Racing contest launched Wednesdays while the Survivor Thoroughbred challenge continues on Friday afternoons. All contests carry cash prizes, gift cards, merchandise and more.

 

Players now have a chance to win tickets, and even backstage passes, to see Mr. Las Vegas, Wayne Newton, and his 10 piece band at the Confederation Centre of the Arts on March 14, 2009.

 

It’s now underway at the CDPEC with 5 exciting ways to play with prize draws on February 26, March 5 and the grand prize draw on March 12, 2009.

 

1.1.   Racing – Wagering $10 or more (in one purchase) on simulcast racing, purchased from a seller or;

1.2.  Poker - Buying in at the poker table minimum ($40) or;

1.3.  Fractions - Spending $10 or more (in one purchase) at Fractions Lounge or;

1.4.  Top - Purchasing a lunch or dinner buffet at the Top of the Park; or,

1.5.  Slots – Spending $10 or more on any slot machine.
