Charlottetown, PE – San Marco Hanover, with Ryan Ellis in the bike, won the Thursday night feature in 1:58.4 at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park. The Tom Weatherbie trainee captured the top class by a nose over Rebel Ryan and Marc Campbell while Yankee Sun, with Kenny Arsenault, finished third.

Summerside, PE - The harness racing card at Red Shores Summerside has been cancelled for Wednesday night. The card has been re-scheduled for Friday night at 7pm.

Summerside, PE – Tobins Star made it three wins in a row after claiming the Monday afternoon Labor Day Feature in 1:58 at Red Shores at Summerside. PL Betterway was second while Hutchinson Hanover completed the triactor.

Charlottetown, PE – The live harness racing card at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park has been cancelled tonight due to the storm impacting PEI.
Hurricane Earl is causing scattered power outages, high winds and heavy rain as it approaches the region.
The decision was made when Red Shore’s management consulted with harness racing industry representatives and horsemen. No make-up date has been announced.

Charlottetown, PE – Hornswoggle, who shipped in from the Ontario racing circuit, has remained on PEI and dawn the rail in the Saturday night feature at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park. Scheduled post time is 7pm with the feature event scheduled for a 9:35pm start. The program will be carried to Red Shores Summerside for customers to watch and wager. Red Shores Summerside is offering a Holiday Monday card at 1pm.

Charlottetown, PE – The John “Buddy” Campbell Memorial, presented by Meridian Farms, gave fans everything they wanted Thursday night at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

Summerside, PE – Tobins Star, under the command of driver Brian MacPhee, won the Wednesday night feature race in a torrid 1:55.2 at Red Shores Summerside. The Philip Doucette trainee burst off the wings to deliver a gate to wire impressive victory over Courtside and Raging Leru. It was MacPhee’s third win on the program. Doucette co-owns the five-year-old gelding with Tom Lynch of Summeriside.
