Cold Temperatures Could Cancel Saturday’s Race Program

Charlottetown, PE – The cold weather throughout Atlantic Canada could cancel Saturday’s race program scheduled for a 1PM start.
 
Environment Canada weather office is forcasting temperatures at minus 21 with extreme wind chill at minus 36.
 
Harness Racing PEI officials will make a decision at 8am AST on Saturday.

Charlottetown, PE – Rustleinthevines, owned by Dale and Ronnie Rennie, Elmsdale, used a tactical performance to capture the Saturday afternoon feature race in 2:00.3 at the Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre. His backers were rewarded $21.30 on the nose.
