Charlottetown, PE – Harness Racing PEI offices will be closed on Wednesday from 8am to 12 Noon. Staff will be attending funeral services for the late Paul MacDonald. The harness racing driver passed away Saturday after competing at the Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre.
